Are items reserved for me when I add them to my basket?
Answer:
Adding items to the basket only indicates your intention to buy them. When you confirm your order; the items are reserved for you. Therefore, please be aware that the stock status may change between the time you add the items to your basket and the time when you confirm your order.
Can I change my order?
Answer:

We handle most of our orders from day to day. If the items are not packed, you can change the order by contacting your Account Manager. Please remember to state the order number you wish to change.

What happens if DCC has to change my order?
Answer:
If we are forced to change your order, we will contact you as soon as possible.
How do I know if my order is accepted?
Answer:
Shortly after you have confirmed your order, you will receive an automatically generated order reservation. When your order is processed, we will send you an order confirmation via e-mail. The order confirmation will also be available in the customer center.
How do I check the order status?
Answer:
You can always check the status of your order in the customer center.
How do I track my order?
Answer:
All orders can be tracked. When your order has been shipped, a tracking number and tracking information will appear in the customer center.  
Is it possible to pay online?
Answer:
On DCC shop you can pay online with major credit cards. Online payment can take place when you receive your order confirmation - either through the payment link in your order confirmation or through the payment link in the customer center. When you have completed your payment, a confirmation will appear on your screen and the payment link will disappear from customer center.
What are the fees for online payment?
Answer:
In relation to the use of the different online payment options, there is a card fee:
Danish issued cards  (1,35%)
European issued cards  (2,15%)
International issued cards (2,50%)
What do I do if I receive a damaged package?
Answer:
If the package is visibly damaged, please refuse the delivery, then the carrier will return the items. If the damage was not visible at delivery, you have to make a written objection to the carrier within 7 days after the delivery (Sundays and holidays are not included). You also have to inform your Account Manager about the objection.
What do I do if I receive the wrong product?
Answer:
It is a good idea to check your order confirmation when you make a purchase. The order confirmation is sent by e-mail. You can also find the order confirmation in the customer center. If you receive the wrong items anyway, please contact your Account Manager as soon as possible. 
What is the warranty?
Answer:
The warranty always follows the manufacturer's regulations. Typically, the warranty on new items is 1-3 years, while second-hand items are delivered with a minimum of 90 days guarantee. For warranty information, please go to the item page and select the tab "Description". 
How do I return a product?
Answer:

Please go to RMA.  

By filling in the form your product is registered for further process. When we have approved the case, you will receive an e-mail confirmation with further information about returning your product.

Why can I not see my RMA case?
Answer:
RMA cases are not available in the customer center, until DCC has approved the RMA case. Due to this, it will take some time after you have created the RMA case until it is available in the customer center.  
Who pays for returning the goods to DCC?
Answer:
You have to pay all costs in connection with returning the goods, likewise the risk of the goods remains with you until DCC has confirmed to you that the returned goods have been received free of defects. 
Can DCC supply products that are not on the webshop?
Answer:

How do I get support?
Answer:

Please contact your Account Manager, whose contact information is listed at the upper right corner of the screen. Your Account Manager is your single point of contact for service questions, quote requests, or any other needs. 

I forgot my password. What do I do?
Answer:
If you forget your password, click the “Login” button on the front page, where after a box for entering your username and password appears.

Please click "Forgot Password?" at the bottom of the box.
