The office in Hamburg will officially open June 12th. The key account managers responsible for the German market move even closer to both customers and marked. Thomas K. Nielsen, Sales Manager in Germany, is looking forward to opening the new office. He believes it is a great advantage to be in Hamburg instead of Hinnerup.
“By being present in Hamburg, we are closer to the customer, and the knowledge we gain by proximity will eventually lead to better customer service”, say Sales Manager Thomas K. Nielsen.
DCC is well established in the German market and has cooperated with German resellers for the last 15 years. Thomas K. Nielsen expects that the presence in Hamburg creates an even stronger relation to existing customers.
Getting a closer relation to existing customers is one thing – getting in contact with new resellers another. This ambition requires more staff - a process that has already started.
“We have identified an immense potential in the German market. A potential we wish to explore. Therefore, we are looking to hire more account managers as we speak, to ensure a high level of service to our customers”, says Sales Director, Allan Nis Sørensen.
Including the office in Hamburg, DCC is now present in four European countries, has customers in more than 70 countries and are one of the largest distributors of end-of-life IT in Europe.
